FUKKOL EP FORM SPECIAL HIGH VISCOSITY FORMING OIL This product is a sulfur-containing oily paste with colorless soap and fat. EP form contains about 10% fat and sulfur containing super lubricant.It is suitable for stretching the copper wire to form bright finished products. Usually 1 parts of EP FORM are mixed with 3 parts of pressure oil and copper wires pass through it. It can also be applied to severe thermal operations such as tube folding, extrusion and forging. Its high viscosity base oil can reduce volatilization and combustibility, so that the whole mold can maintain good contact with lubricants throughout the drawing process.
