Product Introduction
The biostable semi synthetic special cutting fluid FUKKOL FK-4700 is carefully modulated by mineral oil, emulsifier, oil agent,and extreme pressure agent. The product is mixed with water to form a stable semitransparent / transparent microemulsion,without sodium nitrite and phenol. Compared with the traditional emulsion, the product has finer emulsion particles, so it has higher stability. The product has good lubricity, antirust, cooling and anti foam properties. It is suitable for cutting black metal and most nonferrous metals, including car, drill, boring, hinges, grinding and honing.
